It is universally recognised that you will never exceed the expectations of your peer group so have a quick look around you – who is in yours? Do the women around you support your hopes and dreams or sabotage them – is your network made up of dream makers or dream thieves?
When you make a decision to raise your game, you need to ensure the people you hang out with get this and grow with you. So many times we allow the wrong people to influence us and wonder why we feel alone and misunderstood.

How empowering and motivating would it be to meet and nurture relationships with a discreet group of women that inspire you, support you and really get you on an emotional and intellectual level?

This is the aim of Diva Match. We create a peer group of no more than 12 women, hand selected by us, for you. It is our job to connect you with like-minded divas.

Here’s how it works:

• Your group meet once a month, in the evening, for a period of 6 months
• Each meeting lasts 3 hours and is facilitated by a professional, Diva coach
• All discussions are confidential, non-judgemental, supportive and uplifting
• You are asked to bring one challenge to each meeting and share this with your team
• The group brainstorm your challenge giving you a myriad of solutions based on their experience, connections and knowledge
• You simply thank them, take the ideas away and act on the ones you choose. Your Diva Match team will hold you accountable for this action at the next meeting.
• You then participate in this process, around the table, as your fellow team members present their challenges for discussion.

Our experience of facilitating these groups highlight that individual members gain as much from supporting other women with their challenges as they do presenting and getting clarity on their own. Our job is simply to select the right women, create the right environment and watch the magic happen!
