On this one day workshop, our Founder Jane Kenyon, a serial entrepreneur herself will share the key mental shifts necessary to build and grow a business.



The workshop will cover the following:

1. What is an entrepreneur? Are they born or created? Can you learn this stuff?
   
   
2. What are the top ten elements of the entrepreneur mindset shared by Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Madonna, Donald Trump, Oprah, Warren Buffet – we will cover leadership, a healthy attitude to risk, infinite potential, passion and purpose to name a few.
   
   
3. The female skill set. Why is it our time, why women make great leaders and great entrepreneurs, why we already have all the skills we need.
   
   
4. The top 3 drivers for creating sustainable, competitive advantage.
   
   
5. Overcoming the specific challenges we face as women that all relate to mindset NOT ability. They include our perfectionist mentality, fear of debt and/or failure, emotional attachment, control and our reluctance to let go and poor attitude to financial risk.
   
   
6. The wealth equation. Why we need to understand our value and leverage strategy to achieve market potential and wealth.
   
   
7. Understanding your flow. Learning and earning is a game. When we know the specific game that matches who we are, and then play our game according to its rules, we find our flow - We maximise the success of what we do. Wealth Dynamics is a profiling tool developed by Roger Hamilton for entrepreneurs. After years of research he concludes that there are only eight types of entrepreneurs and corresponding ways to get wealthy. Knowing which one you are is liberating and the key to business success. This tool is a key element of the Divaprenuer programme. All delegates must complete this profile BEFORE arriving at the workshop.
   
   
8. Wealth contribution – Getting clarity on your passion and then integrating this into your business strategy, this is NOT about money, it is about what you do with it. Money is not a true driver for entrepreneurs, making a difference is – what will you do?
