The Diva brand celebrates all things female and our community has grown at an alarming rate, indicating to us that women share our views on sisterhood, unity and authenticity.

We started out as a personal development and coaching organisation facilitating workshops, motivational events and action learning circles, but as our brand gathered momentum and more and more women completed our core programme, Stepping Up we saw what they saw…….. The magic of connecting to a group of women that share the same values, want to be better role models for young girls and want to support each other on their Diva journey.

Becoming a Diva had taken on a life of its own and we needed to shift the business up a gear to meet the demands of the amazing women we were now attracting and in turn, who were inspiring us along the way.

During 2008 we extended our product portfolio to include a Divaprenuer programme, Wealth profiling and a Discover Your Diva workshop, a one day programme focused on harnessing our authentic, female energy. Along with our core products we launched all of this in London, UK exactly a year after initial launch in Manchester, UK.
Expanding the geographical reach of the business catapulted us into another growth spurt and in 2009 we launched a global, online Diva membership programme and started to roll out our offline workshops and coaching services in the next city, Preston, Lancashire.

Also in 2008 our founder Jane Kenyon started piloting programmes for young girls in Blackpool schools and today heads up a Social Enterprise www.girlsoutloud.org.uk with partner Claire Young, one of Alan Sugar’s favourite Apprentice finalists. Their mission is to raise the aspirations of young girls beyond a WAG, glamour model or teen Mum and if you would like to get involved as a Big Sister or coach have a look at the site and register your interest now. 



The Well Heeled Divas goes from strength to strength and no doubt new products and extensions to our global community will evolve as we continue our journey to inspire the women of the world to step up to their potential and in doing so, become role models for our younger generation.

A WELL HEELED DIVA is a woman who knows who she is, thinks big, lives in her passion, has dumped superwoman and is grounded in her feminine energy. She knows what is important to her and lives her life with balance, passion, authenticity and love. She is likely to be an entrepreneur, working in her own or someone else’s business, responsible for her own destiny, leading by her values not ego and working towards the concept of wealth contribution ie to create sustainable wealth in order to give back and make a difference, think Anita Roddick or The Secret Millionaire.
