This page will differ according to the level of membership of the Well Heeled Divas website. When you initially open the site you will see the Guest page. If you are a member, use the Welcome box to login using your username and password. Your Home page will then display information relevant to your level of membership, followed by News from Diva HQ.However, if you have logged in (see below) and you close your internet browser without logging out, the site will remember who you are!

Levels of Membership
Guest
As a visitor to the website, access has some restrictions. You can become a member of the website for free by clicking on the Signup link in the Welcome box or in the Sign Up Here box. You will choose a username and password and provide your email address. When you Sign Up you will become a Subscriber. This is an automated process and you will receive an email to confirm your membership and provide you with details of your access and instructions. You will then be able to login using your chosen username and password and complete your online profile.

Subscriber/Sign up
This level of membership has some restrictions but allows access to more information including Diva Dialogue, our online ezine, answers to the Diva Quiz, Podcasts and report download area, and read only access to forums.In order to fully interact with other members, you can purchase annual membership of the Diva Global Community. You can obtain more information by clicking on this title on the Menu bar. To purchase, click on the Buy now link at the bottom of the page of information, or on the Diva Community Membership box. This will open the Diva Shop in a new window. For more information on the Diva Shop, see below.The upgrade process is not automatic, but should be processed within 48 hours. You will receive and email to confirm your new membership level and provide you with details of your access and instructions. You will then be able to login using your existing username and password and update your online profile.

Diva Community Member
This level of membership allows full interaction with the Well Heeled Divas and other site members.

Diva Life Member
Life Membership of the Diva Community is awarded to those who have attended a Workshop (not a Kickstart Event) or participated in Diva Match. The access is the same as that for Diva Community Member, with the addition of access to Forums just for Diva Life Members. Upgrade to Diva Life Membership will occur once you have participated, and any necessary details will be gathered during the Workshop.

Events & Workshops
Click on this entry on the Menu Bar and you will see a drop down list. The first entry ‘Events & Workshops’ provides an overview, whilst the other links will take you to the appropriate page of information. At the bottom of the page, you can click on the Book Now link. This will open the Diva Shop in a new window. For more information on the Diva Shop, see below.

Diva Calendar
The Well Heeled Divas Events and Workshops are shown here on the calendar. (Forthcoming Events Box on the Home Page lists the next events also.) You can view these as a list by clicking on the View Events List button. Click on the Event (or the date in the list) for more information. If you click on the Book Now button on this page, this will open the Diva Shop in a new window. For more information on the Diva Shop, see below.

Diva Coaches
This page provides information on Diva Coaches, as well as how to contact us if you wish to be considered as a Diva Coach. For each of our coaches you will see some information. By clicking on the View more info link the information will expand and there is a contact form which will be forwarded to the relevant coach.

Diva Forum
Viewable by Subscribers, available for posting by Community Members and Life MembersThere are a number of different Forums (and Diva Life Members have exclusive access to a set).You can read posts and (if allowed), post a reply. You can also start a new thread.(You are able to preview your entries before submitting them, and edit them after submission if you spot a mistake!)The site will show you where there are any new entries since your last visit, and will also show where there are entries and when the last post for any forum was made, and by whom.Just click on the Forum heading to see the threads, and click on the thread to see the entries and replies.

Never used a Forum Before?
We would recommend that you read the entries for a while to find out what it’s all about, and then you can ensure that your entries are appropriate!

Diva Search
Available to Diva Community Members and Life Members. Here you will be able to search for other Diva Members by entering your search criteria for one or more fields. The search will return a list of Diva Members who match your criteria, and clicking on their username will take you to their profile.

Diva Resources
This link on the Menu Bar will provide a drop down list (some items are restricted to Members only)

Diva Directory
Here you will find information on a variety of services on offer, divided into categories.To find information on how to advertise in the Diva Directory, or using the Banner Advertising on each of the pages, click on the Advertise With Us link on the bottom of each page.

Diva Bookshop
Here you will find a list of recommended books.Guests and Subscribers – Click on the book link and Amazon will open in a separate window for you to make that, and any other, purchase.Diva Community Members and Life Members – Click on the book link to read a synopsis and any reviews, or submit a review. Click on buy now and Amazon will open in a separate window for you to make that, and any other, purchase.

Diva Downloads
Here you can download podcasts (audio files) and reports (in .pdf format).

Diva Dialogue
This is where you can access the archive of Diva Dialogue, our regular Diva Newsletter. (Use the drop down menu under Diva Resources or click in the Diva Dialogue box.)You can also Unsubscribe, if you prefer not to receive the Diva Dialogue by email. (Even if you unsubscribe, you will still be able to access the archive - which may well be easier if you regularly use a Blackberry or similar to read emails.)

Diva Shop
The Well Heeled Divas Shop is an independent website. You will need to create an account and be logged in to the shop in order to make a purchase.When you first enter the shop, you can choose Login from the menu bar and create an account (or login if you have shopped before). Alternatively, you can browse and place items in your shopping cart, and your details will be collected at Checkout.(You can use the same email address and password that you use on the main Well Heeled Divas website.)If you use one of the Buy now/ Book Now links from the main website, the shop will open at the appropriate product.The Well Heeled Divas Shop will not store your credit card details. When you go to Checkout and confirm your details and purchase, RBS Worldpay will be used to make your payment.You will receive an email confirmation from RBS Worldpay for your transaction and a separate confirmation from the Well Heeled Divas Shop to confirm your purchase(s).We strongly recommend that you Logout of the Shop when you have finished. However, if you close your internet browser without logging out, it will timeout.

Blogs
Jane’s and Tony’s blogs can be viewed by clicking the links in the box, or on their profiles.Anyone can submit a comment on the blogs (but if you do so as a Guest, please provide a name for reference).

Chatbox
Available to Diva Community Members and Life MembersHere you can chat with anyone online, but remember your comments will be seen by all members who subsequently join the site.

Private Message
Available to Diva Community Members and Life MembersYou can send a Private Message (which can only be seen by the recipient) to other Diva Community Members and Diva Life Members (not Guests or Subscribers). You can do this by clicking on the Send New Message link in the Private Message box and select the user from the drop down list, or by clicking on the private message icon in a user’s profile. The recipient will receive an email to inform them that a Private Message has been sent to them. You can request an email when the message is read.If you receive an email to tell you that you have received a Private Message, you will have to Login to the site in order to read it.Please note that the site will not prevent you from sending a Private Message to a Subscriber, but they will not be able to read it.

Diva Quiz
Anyone can take the Diva Quiz, but Guests are unable to view the results (viewable to subscribers and members from the dropdown menu under Diva Resources).

Poll
Anyone can vote in the Poll, and once you have voted you will be able to see the results (but you can’t vote a second time!).

Passwords

Forgot Password?
Click on the Forgot Password link in the Welcome Box.You will be asked to enter your username and the associated email address, and you will then receive an email containing a randomly generated temporary password. When you login using this temporary password, you must change your password immediately, see below

Change Password
You can change your password at any time (once you have logged in). However, when your new password has been saved, you must logout immediately and log back in using your new password. (If you try to access any other pages, you will receive an error message in the Welcome box. If this happens, choose Logout – do NOT choose to delete the cookie!)
